Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping takes 3-5 business days within the continental US.
What is your return policy on food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact our support team within 48 hours for a replacement.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States and Canada. We are working hard to bring the sour challenge to more countries soon.
